BL wk one results/preview of wk 2(330 days to 52)

Week one is over.
I completed my challenge assignments for week 1. (blog and encouragement to team mates)
Completed 100 min of exercise! I even went to a exercise class at 8pm emoticon
I owned every decision that I made. NO EXCUSES!
Weight up .8
I feel good about week one because it is not all about the weight loss it is about progress.

Week 2
ITC challenge:6 hours of sleep per night and 6 oz water per day.
In the past sleep WAS never an issue BUTTTTTT it is now thanks to the inferno that takes over my body during the night. Yes HOT FLASHES are disturbing my sleep!! em>40.gif" alt="emoticon" width="42" height="42" border="0" id="emoticon"> I am anti hormone replacement meds so I have to look into natural methods. They say exercise helps so that is an incentive.
Water: ALWAYS a challenge so this will be an interesting week
Goal for this week
Complete the ITC challenge!
Increase my exercise minutes to 100(baby steps)
Listen to my IOWL podcast 14
Plan meals for this week!
No Christmas Leftovers! (easy breezy since I am not cooking)
