Been a while...

So...a lot has happened during the past semester. The biggest development is that I am in a relationship...which is really just so cool. Her name is Haley. She is drop-dead-gorgeous, and just as big a nerd as I am! This past Monday was our one month anniversary. As I look back over the past month, I cannot help but see God's hand guiding us and guiding the events. So...yeah. I've never been happier than I am right now.

Now...in the area of exercise and fitness and all that...I have been doing very badly. I have had very little time to myself, and not very much motivation. Hopefully, I will be able to get back on track during break and schedule in exercise time during the coming semester.

    Aww Justin! That's beautiful! I'm so proud of you! I think, now that you have someone, health and fitness will start coming into play. Remember your 2 mile walks from this summer? When you are doing having tea, why don't you suggest a 30 minute walk with Haley (rather than sitting around looking at cookies lol...it's that time of year!). I would love for you to run a 5k with me before I leave! :)

    Not that I am THINKING of EXCUSES; however, If you're a student, that imho takes a real priority. And congrats on finding a person whom you like and who apparently likes you.

    Just know that YOU CAN ACHIEVE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS. Be patient with yourself and recognize that SUCCESS WILL HAPPEN because you're going to MAKE IT HAPPEN.

    You need to take some wonderful walks together holding hands... the time will pass quickly with all the conversing both of you will do... and all that counts... walk is easy when your holding someone's hand anyway... Congrats and be blessed... Jennie emoticon
