Well I am back from Brisbane after being gone for a week...It was wonderful. I do 10 min exercising in the room and a lot of walking. I appreciate those who have kept me in the loop and wished me well for Christmas. It does not seem like Christmas to me as it is pretty warm here in Australia. I have one more trip to Brisbane next week and then I get to go home for a month in February. I am looking forward to that trip. I will get to see my kids and grandbabies which I haven't seen for a year...woohoo! I am not counting calories but have lost the weight I gained in Fiji and I am figuring how to keep it off while traveling. My internet was horrible in Brisbane so I was not able to keep up with things on Sparks the way I normally would. It is a bit challenging for me to work on calories with the food here. There are energies put on the package instead of calories and I have not got that worked out yet. Oh well, everyday is a learning experience.

Have a blessed day!
