Weigh-in #14

Tuesday, December 13, 2011

SW: 260
My weight before weigh in: 219
My current weight: 217 (- 2, -.91%)
Total lost to date: 43 (16.54%)

I have two more lbs until I reach the goal I set for myself by Christmas. I think I can definitely achieve that goal.

I wore size 17 (Junior's size) jeans to work. I was muffin topping, but they were the only thing clean, and they were bearable in the comfort-ability department. I wore a larger shirt to cover my muffin top, but felt fantastic for being in those 17s.

Otherwise, I've just been completely exhausted lately. I don't know if it's winter or a funk, but I haven't wanted to move or get up in the morning since Sunday morning.
I got off it and tried to go run tonight just to find out that my sports bra was too loose. It just doesn't support the girls and I found that out WAY fast. I walked out a mile and a half and called it. I'll have to officially retire the poor thing or take up the straps to give myself more support.

My best friend has been dropping weight too, though in an unhealthy manner. She's always about 10 lbs lighter than me, but she's only 7 lbs lighter now. She only eats once a day, and she definitely doesn't eat healthily. I love that she's losing weight, but wish she would try to change her diet rather than just eat crap, but only eat once.

Congrats on your 2 lbs lost, and only 2 to go to reach *45* lbs off by Christmas!!! I KNOW you can do it!!!!!

You should be proud of your effort, and take pride in doing it the right way. The way your friend is doing it is very detrimental... and I'm glad you see that. But, we can only control ourselves.

Sorry your run was cut short by your sports bra. I don't run, I walk due to knee injury.... but I don't even put one on at home. The weight loss practically took the girls away! I told my husband, a sports bra is now just for cosmetic reasons for me (at the gym etc). Not necessary! Oh well, one of the prices of loosing weight ~ you don't get to pick where it comes from! emoticon emoticon
