273.0!!!! Wooooot! 17 POUNDS GGOOONE!!

So after my weekend binge last weekend my weight got up to 279.4... I refused to eveeeerrr see the 280's again so i kicked my big ol booty into gear lol. Got back into my 6 meals a day ( 1200 cals) and gym time for 1 1/2 - 2 hours a day and a bottle of water every 2 hours.
AND IT WORKED !!!
My weigh in day is usually on friday's but i got really anxious today lol so i decided to weigh myself and I saw 273.0!!! :) THATS 6 1/2 POUNDS IN A WEEK! o___o
My problem with the weekend dieting solution: I choose a whole bunch of foods I usually dont eat on a daily basis but are good for you and can be eaten in large quantities without adding up in crazy calories, SO i feel like IM pigging out without the end result being I look like a pigg. lol ( i.e. jello, popcorn, etc.) SO i satisfy my cravings while staying on track.
But yeah, IM HAPPY!!! :) lol
