Wow, does the sleep thing ever make a difference to me. Being tired changes what I eat, my ability to think and my emotional state. I have certain times when anxiety is a big problem and I can't seem to get a grip. I am thinking it's sleep, or lack there of, that puts me over the edge. It's amazing how SparkPeeps & learning so much more about healthy living affects all areas of my life for the good. It's funny to me, that I work in healthcare & know lots about disease, but not enough about prevention.
