November goals met, (barely), Now time for December, (keeping it simple)

In November I just wanted to get my food and tracking under control, and get back into daily activity. It was hard to track food in the beginning of the month as my computer monitor died. My son fixed the problem, so I was able to track for the rest of the month. Tracking really does help me, and weight loss was 11.2 pounds for the month.
I did perform some type of exercise daily for November, but admit some days it was just a few planks, squats, and leg lifts. But it was better than what I was doing which was pretty much nothing.
I am trying to be realistic about setting goals for December. I would like to see a 5-7 pound weight loss, and will track both food and exercise. Yep, keeping it simple for such a crazy month.
