Going to push myself to be a "morning" person.

What I'm doing now is NOT working. By the time I get home from work and do all that needs doing I'm too tired to exercise. My best time of day is mid afternoon.... but I'm at work so I need a new plan. I'm setting my alarm for an hour earlier... going to Push myself to get up and work out for two weeks.Yep...they say it takes 2 weeks to form a habit. I know that the first few days may be tough as I'm NOT a morning person.... but hey...... change CAN happen...lol. And I so need change. My pants are getting tight...NOT acceptable to me. So I need to try something different.... and the only time I can think of incorporating change is morning. So I'm going to TRY. Wish me luck...................

    My early mornings are my best times... while I have not been working out as I'm recovering - I still use the time to do great things like catching up on my blogs and posts : ) emoticon

    I used to be a morning person but not so much any more. I am doing the same thing setting my alarm an hour earlier. Good luck! You can do it!
