3 lbs away from another reward - repainting the kitchen.
Rethinking about my little freak out about my weight loss slowing down : I can deal with 3 lbs every 2 weeks. Wish it were faster, but this is healthier according to all the studies.
I've been sick with a heckish cold and I'm trying to recover, so this week is all about recovering, hydration, and proper nutrition. I'm steadily trying to incorporate more vegetables into my diet. This week's goal is to place a butterless, cheeseless vegetable along with my main course. I've been drinking what feels like my weight in water while at work, so that takes care of hydration. I've taken the week off of the gym so that I can just rest. I still do some gardening and I walk the dogs, but not for too long at a time. Hopefully this will work.
