I need to refocus to reach my goals!

Well, it's the end of my first Fall Challenge, and I did not lose any weight. The scale actually shows that I have gaine 1.5 pounds! Clearly my actions over the last 10 weeks did not help me get healthier! I need to get serious with my goals in order to reach them.
I will exercise 5-7 days per week, and track my food.
Also, if I am accepted into the Winter Challenge I will record my exercise daily to help my team!
I think these steps will help me to drop at least 5 pounds before the new year!
