Deceleration

I've been back at work for a week, and I've done more going without eating than actually being bad. I am already sick though. It's not the cold. It's just that I work in a place where we share things a LOT, and that must include germs. 400 people that can't afford to miss work, swapping supplies all the time.
I've been thinking a LOT about taking a week long break from the long sessions of exercise I've been doing to give my body a rest. I've been at this for 3 months now, so my body may just need some R&R.
I've also been contemplating cutting my carbs when I get better. I lost 0.71% weekly on average on a -7642 weekly calorie deficit over the past 4 weeks, but I was losing 1.25% weekly the month before on a -7343 deficit. It's not an exact science, but I'm still getting frustrated. Anyone else have some insight or advice?
I'm not giving up, or even thinking about it. I'm just grumpy, sick and frustrated with the slowed progress.
