A long time

It has been awhile since I have posted and I have just started losing weight in the past 2 months. I am now down 10 pounds from where I topped out at 152. I am finding ways to keep myself on track and eat right instead of gorging myself all the time just so I can feel full. The weight is coming off slowly but it is coming off and that makes me happy. The biggest test will come when we move in 3 weeks .. I will have to make sure that I stay on track on the road.
