need to keep a record of food and exercise on something other than my phone..

So today I started the biggest loser cardio/sculpt max 6 wk program along with my other workouts. I haven't done it in a few years and want to see if it will help with my flucuating and plateauing.

Todays workouts were cardio max week 1 30 mins and turbo jam 20 mins

Food I am allowed 30 pts on weight watchers and I have used 36 so i have used 6 mins of my activity pts for the week.

ugh i just want out of this funk and plateau....

    Good luck with that D. I tried WW and just can't seem to make it work for me. I end up way too hungry. I read the book Burn the fat Feed The Muscle and have been following that program. If you can get your hand on it, read it. You might like it.

    That's what SP is for. I log my food and exercise daily.

    I tried Weights Watchers once. I didn't work for me. What doesn't work for some, works for others. Good luck to you. Hope you you get out of your plateau.
