So today I started the biggest loser cardio/sculpt max 6 wk program along with my other workouts. I haven't done it in a few years and want to see if it will help with my flucuating and plateauing.
Todays workouts were cardio max week 1 30 mins and turbo jam 20 mins
Food I am allowed 30 pts on weight watchers and I have used 36 so i have used 6 mins of my activity pts for the week.
ugh i just want out of this funk and plateau....
