My Personal Holiday Challenge DAY 14 Results

1. Log my nutrition EVERY DAY
2. Try real hard to stay within my calorie range
3. Get some form of exercise in EVERY DAY, even if it's only ten push-ups
Did fifteen pushups
4. Continue my water intake at 72 oz per day
5. Work on getting said chunky butt to bed at a decent time every day.
Was in bed fairly early and got 7.5 hours of sleep!
6. Post daily results on my blog page (at the suggestion of SURLYGIRL)

Weight - 170.8 (+1.2)
I say it's a B- for this one. Overate, but did get good sleep, logged, blogged, and everything else. I'm really liking this accountability stuff to keep me doing my pushups; I actually almost forgot last night until I was on my way to bed and dropped right in the hallway to bust them out!
