My Personal Holiday Challenge DAY 13 Results

1. Log my nutrition EVERY DAY
2. Try real hard to stay within my calorie range
Went over BIG TIME
3. Get some form of exercise in EVERY DAY, even if it's only ten push-ups
Did fifteen pushups
4. Continue my water intake at 72 oz per day
5. Work on getting said chunky butt to bed at a decent time every day.
Nowhere near; I was up REALLY late farting around online
6. Post daily results on my blog page (at the suggestion of SURLYGIRL)
Here we go
Weight - 169.6 (+0.2)
I have to say a C- for this one. I really screwed up on the eating and sleep. But what I find really interesting is that I'm actually down from Friday's weight - I usually gain over the weekend and I didn't this time, even though I did some serious overindulging!
