Today I've just felt great. I went off to the gym for Spin and Body Pump. The owner of the gym taught Spin today, and he's funny as all get out. First time that I wasn't actually watching the clock as I spun. Not to say it wasn't intense. He just provided more entertainment to make it more bearable.
Body Pump was routine so I upped all my weights by at least a cookie (2.5 lb weight).
Squats : 35 Triceps : 20 (OUCH!) Lunges : 15
Biceps : 20 (Got too difficult since it was right after the killer tricep track, had to bump down to 15) Abs : 10
Came back to the house, did some Yoga to stretch everything out. Got Dylan out of bed and went to check out a park that we haven't been to yet. We found a trail that wasn't on the map in the back of the property, so we went exploring. We found a lake that we had no idea was there.
We only walked a mile in all, but it's a cool park, and we may have to go back on a weekday when there aren't as many kids.
We did the rest of our errands and came back to the house with a bunch of produce. A huge head of nappa cabbage, a big daikon radish to accompany it for Kimchee, A 2# bag of brussels, bell peppers, grapefruit, and mangos. I really want to have more veggies in our diet, so I'm making an effort. I start work on Monday, so I have to plan out my meals. I can SO do this. I feel on top of the world, and even though I have so far left to go, I know I've come a long way.
