Week 5 Take 2

I just can't seem to keep enough breath in me to keep up the WHOLE 3 minutes. I stop about 45 seconds short. I WILL get this! I gave up on pedometers and just count the loops now. Today was 10 loops (2 miles). Hopefully I can beat that next time. I think over the weekend I'm going to time how far I go, then work up from there. Maybe start tomorrow at 2:30 for the run interval, then go to 2:45, then try for 3. I'm not sure how to go about it. It's just frustrating.

On the bright side, when I started this, I couldn't make it to 1 minute! Now I'm complaining that I can't make it to 3.

    sounds like small increments is the plan! You will get there, just allow yourself the time it takes.
