I am making progress in my personal life and I am very thankful for that. I am doing great with my eating and yesterday I started my exercising again. I decided that I would workout at 8:00pm . My schedule has changed so I am adjusting.
I did very well on my trip out of town for a week. I am really grateful for all of the habits I have adopted because it is helping me in so many ways. The only thing I am working on now is at least working out 3-4 times a week.
I am dedicating 8:00 pm as my exercise time.
