My ankle is still stiff. I ran for just a couple of minutes and decided to take it 'easy'. I went to Spinning. Well, my ankle is not what hurts anymore. I forgot my little gel seat. It was a hell of a workout. Much harder than running, but with no pain (from my muscles anyway). I don't enjoy it like I do running though. I watch the clock the whole time. Hopefully it'll be good by Wednesday so I can resume my training. I have under 5 weeks left till my 5k.
On another note, I need a nutritional overhaul. I'm not eating nearly enough vegetables. I like fruit, but veggies tend to get away from me somehow. I have a week left until I start back work, so I have to get this stuff straight. I need to pack my lunches and plan dinners ahead of time. Getting more veggies shall be my nutritional goal. I don't own a juicer, but thinking about just popping veggies in the blender with some OJ and some other yummy things. Any thoughts on that my Smoothie loving friends? I just don't make side dishes often enough to get a steady supply of veg.
I bought a bag of Halloween candy for 'desserts'. Yea... That lasted about a day. I just ate 8 pieces of it - 450 calories. UGH! I'm not hungry. I'm sleepy and procrastinating on housework. I just kept going back to that cabinet. I'm getting Dylan to put it where I can't reach it when he gets home.
