Well goal #1 is going well! I prayed about it and then started a journal. My 1st goal was to go to bed earlier every night this week. The first few nights were bad! I hate going to bed when I'm not tired BUT I started praying and really digging into my Bible and I feel great. I skipped eating before bed a few nights this week too. I lost 4 pounds!
