So easy yet SO hard!

Sunday, November 06, 2011

well, here i am, back again, and no, i haven't lost any weight. haven't gained any either but haven't lost any. i have so many ideas in my head but two of them are at the top of my most thought about thoughts.

one is eating too much. i eat too much salad, too much apples, too much carrots, and of course, i HAVE to have my chocolate. i would like to say that i don't eat too much chocolate--well, once every week i have too much and when i do that i feel sick. literally sick. i can barely even move yet i still eat it. it is a problem that i am dealing with.

two is working out with too much weight. what i mean is that i lift weights and i found that when i lift as much as i have been lifting, i really do gain more weight--all muscle weight. AND, on top of all that, i look like i am gonna be a body builder. AND i DON'T want to be a body builder. my head is too small for my muscles.

ok! i hear you. boo hoo. the thing is, i have an exercise addiction. to give you a hint, this morning i woke, played 35 minutes of WII tennis, 45 min of WII Island cycling, 15 min of WII ski jumping, (all with full movements and LOTS of sweat) an hour and a half real bike ride outside, and 50 min of weights at YMCA. i do this about 4 times a week and the other three days it is usually just the real bike ride and 20 min WII tennis.

i love exercise and i've been doing it for the last 21 years+. i do it a lot less now, yes i was a maniac when i was younger. but i needed to stay as healthy as i could--remember, the strokes? those are one (or 4) thing(s) i canNOT forget. but now i am thinking that maybe i am exercising a bit past my limit.

ANYWAY! those are two of the things i need to work on. losing some food intake and building smaller muscles.
