Overcoming Injury

Well today did not start out as planned. I got up and put on my running clothes..had my new running mix playing start to go and then i felt it..my hamstring started to pull. This is an injury i have had off and on for the past month. I have even stopped doing straight leg deadlifts.
It just seems like lately if it is not one thing it's another. I have decided to only walk/run on my treadmill for the next month or two and give my hamstrings a break from the hills where i live.
I will also do more cross-training. Spinning,Wii Fit,Yoga things like that..i will not let this get me down...

I also think this will help me eat better since sometimes i use running as an excuse to eat more..

Well i am off to do some yoga and weights..
