So I barely made it through Day 3. My ankle has a lot of pain in it. I went to BodyCombat and Body Pump this morning. In BodyCombat, they do scissors and crisscrosses with their feet. My ankle couldn't handle that this morning. It felt weak like it would roll out, so I jogged in place instead of the fancy foot moves. I foolishly decided to tough it out to run this afternoon. My ankle is swollen, and now is wrapped for more support.
I pushed myself a little bit too far, but I can still rotate and flex my ankle so I'm not too worried. HopefullyI won't be doing too much the rest of the weekend and hopefully it'll heal itself before Monday or Tuesday. On an upnote, I found Warhead icepops. Only 20 calories per pop, and I get to re-live my childhood. I also got a snazzy reuseable coldpack that looks like a lady bug. I'm happy as punch even with my bum ankle.
