In 2 days I leave for Houston for Girl Scout convention. I have been struggling the last 2 months to maintain and finally got back into the 160's this morning. Next week there will be lots of eating out and temptations. I'm packing m swimsuit and workout clothes, and only TIGHT slacks like size 10. Last time I was at convention 6 years ago, I was 86 pounds heavier.......here's hoping I don't regain any of it.

Oh and forgot to mention I'm spending the two days before that with my rubberstamping friends, ladies who love to cook too.

Wish me luck! and some extra willpower if Winona brings her butterscotch sweetrolls.

Congrats on getting back to the 160s! Have a great trip; sounds like a blast. You are thinking ahead, so you are going to be prepared to make good, healthy choices too.
