Can relate to this. My first team was Triple Threat Team - over 50, need to lose at least 50, aim to do it in 50 or so weeks - perfect, sums it up just right. It's a small team, only a few actively use it, and I seem to be the only one who makes a point of a daily huddle. However, I've stayed on the team because it still fits my primary goals perfectly, and I do the huddle for myself. It's important to me to make that concise daily reminder. That being said, follow your heart and stick with the teams and friends that support you the best. Good luck. emoticon

Maybe it is time for a new surge of energy and activity. You sound like a leader! NEAR Team got me going and kept me moving through the first hundred pounds and I need help with the second. I'll try to visit again.

emoticon Please don't fly away. I still see Minaboy out there sometimes. And sometimes we post our huddle after you do. Not a lot, but sometimes. there is hope that Chocmom, etc. will rejuvenate in a while. NEArkansas is such a beautiful place and beautiful people. Why don't you become a leader?

Your Asperger's team is a fantastic idea for top team. But keep on with us Arkies, please?

Bummer. I know that as a mom of an Autie, I get underwater quite often and it takes me a while to fight my way back up. And I know how important it can be to find support when trying to find which way IS up and then kick and swim toward it. I hope you find a good supportive team.

I don't know if you binge eat, but the Living Binge Free team is really really active. There are so many people posting daily that I can't even keep up with them all! Most are on one thread - 21-day streak - and everyone is nice and super supportive.

You'll find another group - be it the BF group or another one, just don't stop Sparking! It's so good for all of us.

Oh, another alternative, I sometimes do when I am in the weeds, but it could also work for you for general support is to just feed off my friend feed - see who IS active of my peeps I've interacted with before who made me feel good, and get my Sparkfix that way.

Im a member of Jillians team and saw your post. I also just un-joined a few inactive teams. I also see alot of my sparkfriends havent posted a blog in quite a while (5-6 months), so I unfriended them (only about 10). Hopefully things get better for you.

I've seen that happen on some of the teams that I've been on too...but somehow I always seem to find a team that is even better than the one that "died". Good luck.

A quick question: Are people still blogging and participating in discussion threads on your team?

Personally, huddling is the actually one of the LAST things I think about, when I think about my teams. It's nice that people huddle, and I do it when I'm going through my SparkPoints checklist, but I'm much more interested in what they have to say in questions and replies than the half dozen words they may huddle with!

Have you tried sending out SparkMail to your teammates, reaching out to the individuals you miss in your daily support? It just may be that they need YOU right now...

It is, of course, as always, up to you...

Sorry to hear that. Totally understand how you are feeling as I myself had to move away from teams that dwindled, not a good feeling when you are the only one there.

I know you will find the right team for you. GOOD LUCK and take care.

    Have a great day.

If you want an active group with lots of support - keep your eyes open for Round 18 of BLC! It is a great group - they helped me break through a year long plateau. Round 18 will start in Jan. Not sure when the announcement will be made but join in!!
Best wishes on your goals. Sorry to hear about your favorite team. I have noticed that with a few of mine as well. It is a bummer.
