im finallydropping weight, agaiin that is .. i had stated it before but switched jobs and got my gym scedule all screwy, but i went back to my old job, and slowly got myself in somewhat of a routine, tragedy accourd this week when i discovered i had a bone spur so i had to rest my foot for a couple of days but today i was right back into it, course the foot is very very sore right now but that 2 hour workout was worth it. tonight i was sitting here thinking "what did i finally do diffrent and stick to it?", well im finally unaddicted to diet soda, oh i still have one on occasion but i am out of the cycle of "needing it", i drink at least 3 brita bottles a day (sometimes more), i think i need a new filtering pitcher just to keep up with the amount i drink and at the gym drank 2 bobbles if water, so yes this was one change , the other well im not sure if it is one of the things that has made a diffrence or not but i'll share..i have idopathic cardimopathy (basicly conjestive heart failure) on occasion i do need lasix to get rid of fluid, i saw a commercial for a cinch belt for post pregancy mothers to help reduce bloat, my thinking is wow that sound like something that could help me and then promptly forgot it, i was at wally world and they had a weight cincher for 4.99, hmmm says i maybe i will try it i'll only be out 5.00, so i did, i never. work out without and YES it has helped, however one disadvantage is that after i work out on the treadmill im sweating so much that not only am i running out of it but it runs down my legs an ultimatly i look like ive pee'd all over myself, BUT small price to pay, my middle is finally getting some toning, its like it didnt stand a chance before and now it has one, like i said NOT sure if it is this thing but seems kindof weird that the weightloss really began to happen right afterwards, hmmmm
i also DONT eat out much, i dosnt know what the inside of a taco bell looks like cuz i aint been in one now for a year and a half, i do go to micky d's onoccasion but not often, yes i cook and most of the time this happens after ive cooked all day at work (im a chef), most times i dont feel like it but i make myself do it, and we do have very fast meals (my fav nite is turkey taco nnite), BTW did i mention i have a kid whos an aspie and is a picky eater lol that one is the hard one, hes a meat and mac n cheese kid, on occasion i can get a tater down him
my one disatisfaction is my hub, TODAY he brought choc donuts into the house WTH!!! and this after he works out oh abd hes addicted to mt dew!! well sometimes u cant win for loosing but i keep on trying!!!!
