Goals for November

Wow I can believe it is almost November already, Time has went by so fast. October was a ok month for me I lost a few pounds and i made it through halloween with out binging on candy so thats progress. I did take my niece and cousins out trick or treating and treated myself to one halloween snack a carmel candy apple with nuts. I even got to scare kids at my job a little in the hunted maze which was fun.

My goals for November is simple,
1. Get at least 800 fitness minutes(been slacking)
2. Walk at least 10,000 steps a day
3. eat 4 freggies a day (been slacking on that)
4. Exercise for 10 minutes daily(even on my off days from the gym)
5. Limit eating out to 2 times a week
6. take 10 minutes each day for me time
7. Blog once a week
