I need food ideas

Ok I have gone back to school. I work all day and then do classes at night. My boyfriend has moved to a new town so don't have to worry about him except weekends. I need healthy snacks and lunches and dinners and breakfast. I do not eat oatmeal so that is out for lunch. Please Help.

    Salads,apple and peanut butter, celery and laughing cow cheese, make a pot of soup for the week, and I like Luna bars. (coconut or choc brownie). Good luck haven't talk to you in a while.Tina

    make sandwiches the night before, doesn't take long
    celery with either peanut butter or neufchatel cream cheese
    raisins or trail mix
    apple or grapes or orange or banana
    all easy to find no refrigeration necessary
    and cup of soups are very satisfying if you don't have to worry about the sodium
    popcorn is a nice snack low calorie

    Do you have access to a microwave for your lunches or do you need cold lunch idea? For lunch with a microwave I like Progresso soups. My favorites are Light Santa Fe Style Chicken Soup and Chicken & Wild Rice Soup. The cans have pull tops so you don't need a can opener, but you do need a soup mug that is microwave safe (not plastic). I eat an apple for mid-morning snack. If you have a subway near you, a 6 inch sub makes a good dinner.
