Day 5

Well, yesterday wasn't so good. I started off raring to go but as the day went on, I just fizzled out.

It ended with me on the couch asleep. I slept through dinner and then woke up starving but I was too tired to fix myself something so I settled for an apple and a handful of caramels.

No exercise in sight yesterday.

Today is a new day. I'm trying to think positive but not feeling it this morning. Honestly, I'm not sure how this day will play out. I'm going to browse the site and try to get my motivation/inspiration. But I feel the PMS coming on and I already know it's not going to be pretty.

    Those pesky hormones can present some pretty big obstacles to hurdle over - so lace up your shoes, honey, and get to jumping. Very few things can combat PMS as well as exercise. This is the only time I am glad there is an entire country between us, because, if you get as grumpy as I do, and you read this and get annoyed, you might want to slap me silly.....That's okay, I won't take it personally. Get your exercise, get your rest, drink lots of water....you will be back on track before you know it.
