WEIGH IN DAY! HOLY S..SHUT YO MOUTH!!!

So as many of you know after a very crazy and hectic month my weight got back up to 285.7. That was my weight last week.. I was determined not to get to halloween over 280 and from 1 week of bustin my butt and constantly eating right i weighed myself today and this is what i saw.....




6.3 POUNDS YALL!!!!! And yeah i know some of yall with the whole ( no more than 2.5 pounds in a week blah blah blah) but you cant help what your body does lolol. I eat 1200 calories a day, but i also do very fun workouts emoticon . WHen im having fun and not starving its much easier for me to stick to it. emoticon

But yeah. IM HAAAAPPYY!!!! emoticon Let me know how yall did.

    Hey girl! I'm not going to give you that 2lbs a week talk. It's your body, and how we shed the weight is up to us and the work we put in. After watching the Biggest Loser for the first time. I put all that 2 pound stuff to rest when A doctor said. It's safe and it's possible for "over weight" people to lose more than 2 pounds a week. So, you want hear the trash talk from me.

    emoticon You go gurl! emoticon ...If you do what you need to do, your body will do what it designed to do. Keep up the good work. Be gentle with those who hold fast to the 2.5 pounds per week (lol). I think it is a number developed more to make sure that people are losing in a healthy manner (eating enough to provide the nutrition the body needs to work efficiently not just at the moment, but over the long haul)-- a healthy lifestyle versus a 'died'. Fast weight loss is everyone's desire, but the extreme's that some put their bodies through to get there sometimes end up creating other problems. If you can do it in a healthy manner...then by all means GO FOR IT!
