Snack Time!!

For me today it is Gunpowder Green Tea with White Chai and Lemon along with some apple and natural PB. What are you snacking on today?

Remember it is the small things like what you eat and drink between meals that could determine if you meet your goals or not this week. Make it count!!

What are some of your favorite go to snacks?

    Apple and almond butter. YUMMY!

    But right now I can not get enough frozen mixed fruit. It has pineapple, peaches, strawberries and mango. OH SOOOOO good! I like it frozen. It takes me long to eat it.

    Right now, I'm having hot green tea (Mighty Leaf Verbena Mint) and a handful of dried strawberries with organic almonds. Yummmmmm!

    If it's handy sometime, would you leave a comment on my page telling me which juicer you use, and if you like it? I'm such a VitaMix fan, but I'm thinking about adding a juicer to our lives. Confusing, there are so many kinds!

    Nothing like your fresh snack of an apple and natural pb! I just feel like I completely indulged and had one slice of Ezekiel bread, some natural pb, and polaner all fruit spread. SO DELICIOUS! You are very right about what we eat between meals. I am getting the munchies, but have to realize my snack was all i needed and now drinking water!

    a protein smoothie with frozen banana,berries,protein powder(using Warrior Food brown rice vanilla flavored right now).
    I have found that when I drink a protein shake/smoothie at 3 ish..I can easily overcome my stuffing-of-face-with-carbs sessions at 4 pm. don't have to be hungry, I can tell what time it is by what i'm craving.
    LOVE the pumpkin patch blog. YOU look INCREDIBLE!!! I betcha that man of yours has a hard time being away from you at all!!!
