In the day to day routine of things, I frequently forget the big picture. When confronted with snacks and unhealthy food, I tend to get tunnel vision and think "one time won't matter". Well it does and here are the reasons I need to remember that. I'll leave this here for my own personal reflection....
* I'm spending Christmas with my family in Colorado and we're going snow skiing, being a few pounds lighter would help my endurance during a day of skiing
* My husband and I are going to Fiji in late February and I'd LOVE to look better in a swimsuit while laying on the beach
* I'd really like to do a boudoir shoot for my husbands birthday present in April.
* I need to be stronger and lighter for next years waterski season so I can RIP!!
