Bombshell Mission..Day 8!

Day 8 and feelin great. (sorry had to do it).
I woke up this morning and to my HORROR, I COULD NOT WALK. I had to limp around my room in god awful pain. My right leg from my knee all the way to my hip was screaming in sharp pain. I have no idea how the right side now has become an issue (the left always was the problem). NOT GOOD! Anyway, it eventually became bareable, and I was able to walk the rest of the day.
After work, I came back to the hotel and chilled out. I didnt sleep last night very well, so I was tired. Plus a full work day...phew! Chatted with a friend (same one that got my butt movin yesterday) and I told her to make me workout in 30 minutes. So, I was a couch potato for 30 minutes then she dinged me and I got in my workout clothes and drove to the 24 hour fitness in town instead of the hotel gym.
I was supposed to run today but I knew that wouldnt happen because of my leg pain, so I swapped it with strength training I'm supposed to do tomorrow. FIrst, I got on the elliptical and did 10 minutes so I would get my HR up. Then got off there and lifted. I absolutely LOVE strength, just hate that it doesnt burn many calories lol (I know, I know).
Came back, showered, then headed to Panera Bread for dinner. Had a cup of brocolli cheddar soup and half of their new artichoke panini..rang in around 590 calories. Then hit starbucks on the way back to my hotel for a decaf non fat cafe misto (THANK YOU LIGHTNINGRUNNER FOR MY NEW FAV DRINK!!!!!!) and I also had them put some sugar free vanilla in it. For a whopping 90 calories! I also have my trader joe bar to enjoy a little later :)
Ended my day around 1300 calories. I was SUPER TEMPTED to have fast food cheeseburger, and then I really wanted ice cream BUT it wasnt worth the feelings afterwards or breaking my streak!!!!
