Good Food Day!

I just finished my last meal of the day. I feel really good about my intake today. It was lower on carbs like I had planned it to be. Tomorrow's carb intake will be higher. I'm playing with my cardio, so I'm having to pay attention to my energy levels throughout the day. My energy level was really good throughout the day.

This is the 2nd day in on my eating plan. My stomach feels like it is drawing in on it's own. That's a fabulous feeling! Abs start in the kitchen!

Game Plan:
kickboxing
1 hour run
lunch with Kent!

Positives:
1. Great dance practice today
2. Beautiful day in KC!!
3. Home early for once!!
4. Feeling good!!
