Bombshell Day 7..on a ROLL!

I am feeling fantastic.
I'm now away for work for the week. Woke up this morning and did NOT want to workout. So, I let myself just relax. Had my coffee and a banana, finished packing and hit the road. On my way out, I hit ralphs and got a clif bar and water.
Hit traffic, sig alerts (LA traffic UGH!) and it was getting a little past luch so I needed to eat. I had to stop and my choices were slim to none. I found a burger king, and got a CHILDRENS cheese burger (300 calories) and it came with fries. I ate the burger and was tempted to munch on fries but I threw them OUT!!! HUGE victory for me.
Finally got to the hotel and had a jenny craig meal I keep in my car for emergencies.
relaxed for a bit, then hit the gym. I really didnt want to go, so I called a friend and had her help motivate me to get down and workout. George has me back on a training plan (for Vegas half in dec and surf city full in feb) and I had to run 4 miles. I went down to the gym, it was empty (yay!), turned on sunday night football game, turned on my music and ran like crazy. I wanted to get it over with so I made myself go FAST and ran 4 miles in 36 minutes on a 1 incline. YESSS!!!! I've NEVER run that fast before! Burned 520 calories.
Came back up showered and then it was dinner time. I also needed to hit the grocery store for the week of lunches/snacks. So as I was driving trying to figure out what to eat for dinner, I ran into the grocery store and decided to just do a frozen meal for dinner and a salad. So I did.
Smart ones steamer and a bistro ready pac chef salad. yummy and filling. I am UNDER calories for the day, including my trader joes chocolate chip brownie and oats bar! Yay!!
For the week I bought: Oikos (dannon) greek yogurt, string cheese, turkey lunch meat, sandwich thins (for bread), carrots and ranch dip pack, and a ton of water. I should definitely be GOOD to go! I also bought an extra frozen dinner and salad if there is another night I want to stay in my room instead of finding a place to eat. There is a mimis cafe right here but I'm not sure if there is anything low cal on their menu!
Anyway, I am feeling like I am on a ROLL!!!!! I'm about to brew my candy cane tea (brought it with me), watch some tv, and go to sleep. Up and at 'em bright and early for work tomorrow.
