Bombshell Mission Day 6

I am feeling..GOOOOOOD!
I had to work today, so did the normal weekday routine. Woke up at 4:30 am got ready and hit the road. Before leaving, I cracked 2 egg whites and one egg, and microwaved them for 2 minutes. INSTANT SCRAMBLED EGGS! Had that while driving along with my coffee, and it kept me satisfied until noon.
I was working with psych patients today, so I was unable to step away from my "its been 3 hrs" snack. But honestly, I was feeling great.
Once leaving that facility and preparing for my 95 mile drive back to the office, I put my lunch box in the front seat with me and got out my string cheese, banana, and my chicken. Had that along with my water, and I was good.
Got to the office, loaded up my car with charts for the week (going up north for the week again) and then drove to the gym.
I really wasnt feelin the gym, legs were tired from yesterday, I was tired from the day (didnt sleep last night either), but I was determined. I want to be a bombshell and they work it. So I did.
I started off on the cross trainer (like the eliptical but without the handles) and did that until I burned 100 calories (about 10 min)..then went on the treadmill and ran a mile and burned 100 calories. Then went on the stair climber and burned 100 there, and finally ended with the elliptical and burned 100 there. I needed to have the ADD type workout bc i knew if I was JUST on the treadmill, I would have been staring at that darn clock the entire time! This way, it went much faster, I worked different leg muscles and I didnt think "HOW AWFUL" the whole time!
Came home and had my new favorite snack...Fage yogurt, cherry pomegranate flavor. DELISH!
Finished laundry, packing, ran some last minute errands, and then was getting hungry. Went to panera bread and since I had SO many calories left, I had a cup of baked potato soup and a half panini sandwich. Then, I treated myself to a little yogurtland.
I can VERY PROUDLY say, I came in at 1500 calories. My exact target! I'm so happy! I'm on a roll, I finally feel like I am doing the 'right thing' and not binging or goin through the fast food lane.
The trick will be my week away but work set me up at an "extended stay" and it has a FULL KITCHEN so I'm goin to grocery shop when I get into town tomorrow!
Did you all make me proud today?? (or more importantly, YOURSELVES?!?)
p.s. if anyone (and I mean ANYONE) needs someone for accountability, or a venting buddy, an email or text partner, I'd be more than happy to help! I know it can be a big difference with getting and staying the course!
