IMMMM BAACCCKKK!!! BEEN GONE 4 AWHILE!!! UPDATE.

Monday, October 17, 2011

SO i wish i could tell you that I found some great motivation in my god-mothers death that made me keep working out and eating right: THat was just not the case. Following her death I had a horrible breakup, which left me feeling like MUSH. Funny how when it rains it pours. I ate everything and then went to bed after I ate. & Dont even ask me about working out! I ended up gaining 8 POUNDS!!!

BUT!!....

Ive never been one to loose a fight.. I started my own pastry and crafts business where this month all procedes go to the National Cancer Society. & gett this.. The pastries are diabetic friendly! ( Thats what you get when you turn a culinary major into a biology major). AS well as we have bracelets and pins and stuff ;)

PLease keep me in your prayers as i try this thing out again!!

Be blessed,
JC

WOW! When it rain it pours, but you did see catch a blessing in the rain pour. My mom always told me. When someone moves out of your life... They are moving so new life can shine through. It can shine through with a new birth of a child, or a new birth in one soul. So, you had a bad break-up and started your own business.. Never let anything hold you back- make or break you. I see you are pushing forward, and you can do this again. Those 8 pounds will be gone like that...... Congrats on new beginnings...
