Fall on and off the wagon

After week 15 I kicked it into high gear, did pre-packaged meals again and lost almost 5 pounds that week bringing me to a total of 21.7 pounds lost!! Then my birthday hit which was followed by several birthday meals and cakes. Then I went on a work trip that lasted 10 days and included 1,949 miles in the car. When I got back and weighed myself I had gained back 3.8 pounds. At the end of last week I geared up for getting back into the swing of things and ended up losing 2 pounds.
All of that is to say that I am basically exactly where I was in week 14. ah!
Oh well, I figured this kind of thing would happen eventually and I just need to get back on the plan(s) and continue this diet! Here goes nothing!
