Week 4 Weigh In

This past week has been a killer. We ate horrible and didn't work out like we should have. Yet for some odd reason I lost weight. I am down to 414 from 416 last week. I don't know how that worked. I expected a gain. It just means I could have lost so much more I guess.

    Baby steps... will get you there. You are on your way. 2 pounds is wonderful! Imagine two pounds of butter in your hands. That is significant. Keep on keeping on you can do this! emoticon emoticon

    Just remember that every little bit counts. Even when you are having a bad day, just do something small and it will accumulate. Congrats on the two lb loss and good luck this week. You can get healthy...you can do it!
