Week 4 weigh in!

So this past week has been horrible on our diet and exercise!! It was just one bad day after another!!! But today is a new day and a new week and I'm going to do this right!! I am at 418 and that's 7 pounds up from last week...I know I ate bad but not bad enough to gain 7 lbs of fat...I believe I'm retaining water and it's going to come off this week as I work extra hard to make up for last week!! I will do this and just because I hit a bump in the road...ok a BIG bump... I'm not giving up!! I hope everybody is having a good day and Happy Sparking!! emoticon

    We have all been there. The good news is that this is a new day, a new week and a new canvas that has so many possibilities. Try something new this week, maybe a new recipe, a new vegetable, a new activity. Just make sure that the process is fun. Good luck this week.
