Since 2009 I've gained back 16 lbs of the 30+ I worked hard to loose. Of course i'm not happy about it so I am trying to get refocused & start this journey again.
Started this October 9th weighing in at 167 -- my plans are to weigh in weekly and take measurements monthly, workouts consisting of cardio 3 -4 days and strength 2 days a week.
So I'm starting this blog a week late but here it goes so far:
Oct 9th -- 167
Oct 16th -- 166; 1 down not thrilled but I'll take it
Oct 23 -- 163 down 3 woo hoo!
Will be on vaca next week hope I don't mess up to badly
Well vacation did mess me up ... I can't say vaca did it I did it. I had everything there to stay on track but I didn't do it. I chose to enjoy the goody treats and only worked out one day ~ but I'm back and getting on track again. Only gained one pound but one is too many in my book.
