Rough first 3 days

So this week..week 4 has been off to a rough start. I haven't exercised the past 2 days and my eating on those days has been pretty bad! I kinda feel like crap since I haven't been exercising or eating right!! I didn't think I would miss my exercise but I had gotten into a routine and now I need to get back into today!! I hope I can save this week by doing right the rest of the week! I probably won't lose this week cause of the past 2 days but I'm bound and determined to not gain any weight!! I still have 4 days to play catch-up! I hope I can do it...I'd like to still lose 2 pounds this week but I might have ruined my chances...I don't know though. I have motivation now to stay with my diet plan and exercise plan! That is because I hate feeling bad physically because I haven't been doing right! I guess my body was enjoying the healthy lifestyle I had created with God's help and it NEEDS to continue to have it functioning properly!
I didn't have much to say just that I'm not quitting and even though I had 2 bad days it's actually taught me that my body thrives when I take care of it with diet and exercise!! Has anybody else noticed this too?? I hope y'all are having a great day and Happy Sparking!! God bless also!
