Hang in there!! All the small things count too. I mean WOW you burned 1300 calories in one work out that is AWESOME!! And on top of that you lost weight! I am in your corner cheering for you and I know you will stick with it!
Encouragement is key!...I love how you motivated yourself and us to 'stay in the game,' especially after eating or binging on something that may not be helpful to us. So true.
