PMPride Week 6

My body is really tired today and thank goodness there is a rest day built into Week 6. I will take it today and get to work tomorrow.

Between now and Sunday night, spend one day on each of the following assignments in any order:

Upper Body Day Tues Done 45 minutes/ plus 28 minute jog/10 minute walk
30 heavy cleaning
Lower Body Day Wed 60 walk/ 20 strength training lower body/done
Core Day Friday done/ 20 minutes strength training
Total Body Work Day Sat
Rest Day Mon done
Cardio Day Thurs Done/ 28 min jog/60 min walk/
Stretch Day Sat done/plus some core/plus C25K week 8 day 3 done
