Yesterday's healthy living plans went well! Despite some portion control issues I had a good day of quality food and activity. Layne took Luke out on the town for a bit so I got the whole kitchen to myself to really dive in and enjoy the cooking experience. I loved it!

Today I am on track with my eating so far and hoping to hit the gym for about 20 minutes after work. I even reduced my coffee a bit this morning in favor of more water! Yay!
