Day 19 Review food and fitness logs to be sure you're logging accurately

Yes, I am doing this very scrupulously. I add everything that goes into my mouth with the exception of tea which I would add if I had any milk or sweetener in it.
I've been doing a very good job of this each and every day since July 14th, the day I "took the plunge" and really tried to follow the Spark Program as a "Way of Life" and not merely as a good idea. What a difference that makes!
I don't wear a pedometer so my everyday walking around is not added, but I spend each day making sure that I do walking. Most days I make it to the gym. I've finally realized that for me, for my body, there is no weight loss without exercise. And there is no very good blood sugar control without exercise.
I am still learning a lot, of course.
One of the finest things Spark People has done for my life is provide the food tracker which has all of the calculations necessary to get a good picture of fats, proteins, carb and their ratios in one's diet.
