Last night started out great but ended terribly. I started the stress busting challenge to help me live a less steressful life and give myself an outlet for stress others than my fiance and my friends. I use to write in a diary. I should have never stopped but I got three entries in and rated my wellness level which did make me feel better. Hopefuly this new mental exercise will help me come up with new solutions to stress and communication.

Other than that today is Thursday. My boss is out again today (and I overheard he will be out next week) so I'll be enjoying the quiet and privacy. The engineer I was supposed to work with tooday put a hold on what I am doing because civil needs to make some changes so we cant start the project yet. Day is getting easier and easier. And I dont have anything major happening in class tonight so that should go over smoothly as well. Tony said he noticed that my hips are getting smaller last night. I though they might have been but he confirmed it and that made me feel great. Going to go for another long walk at lunch today. Gotta tkae advantage of this gorgeous weather while we have it! When I walked on Tuesday I met a woman and had a good chat with her but never got her name. Maybe ill see her again and actually find out what it is. She was very nice
