Starting again after resting...

Since end of July (when the hubby came back home from deployment) I've used all the excuses in the book to slack off on my diet. Luckily, I was able to maintain if not lose a couple of pounds instead of gaining them. The only downside to it all is that i've gone back to my old way of eating about one to two meals a day ( my husband calls it snacks more than meals)
I've finally decided to get back into my routine that has been working so well before he came home. Wish me luck
