Added something healthy this week

Well this week I started protein shakes to help with eating and losing weight. My issue has always been I don't eat enough. So I thought if I started some protein shakes it could add to my food and make sure I am getting the nutrients that I need for the day. It has many minerals in it that will help me to lose the weight as well. We will see at the end of the week if these have helped me out. Right now I am just adding one shake a day and if I need to I will add two. On Wednesday I had two because I worked out.
