New Vision Boards - A Picture Blog.

I keep losing this blog! It's lucky for you as it keeps getting shorter each time!

I made 3 new vision boards today:

1. My weekly health goals: Exercise & Weight Loss for the Fall Challenge - 1.07 pounds.

2. My goals of Healthy Nutrition

3. My goal for a Clutter Free, Organised Home. That's what I'm working on right now - chucking junk.

And while we are at it, here are my 3 generations of family, from a picnic in late August:

    Ohhhhhh my goodness! It's been forever since I made a vision collage... guess I need to do that too! Problem is I TOSSED all my magazines... when I was decluttering MY house! Hmmmm.... Yours are GREAT though! emoticon

    I love your vision boards. I printed some pictures last week and am going to try to make one before the end of the year. (I procrastinate too) You have a beautiful family. Enjoy all the time you can with your mom. Happy losing.

    WHat a lovely photo of you and your loved ones. I like your vision boards. I personally think home clutter is very much connected to excess weight. I do certain tasks every day just to prevent my house from piling up around me. I also make regular trips to a charity to donate things, especially clothes because I don't want to hang onto things in the name of "someday" when someone else could be benefitting from them now. I have recently been helping a relative who is a hoarder (seriously, she could easily be featured on one of those shows) and it strengthened my resolve to let go of stuff. Her apartment was stuffed to overflowing with things she just refused to let go of, especially clothing (some of it from 10 or 20 years ago) and food (lots of it expired) and all kinds of papers. Anyway, it was just a good reminder to me to "let it go". Please post a blog about your progress because now I am quite interested in your projects (and it's all about me emoticon ).
